About the role
This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 4 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.Sourcing AssociateThe Talent Acquisition Sourcer will provide research and recruiting support to Talent Attraction Advisors for roles across the enterprise. Supports all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, presenting, etc.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Providing recruiting support to Talent Acquisition for all exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Will manage strategic external sourcing.
- Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends.
- Coordinating all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.
- Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.

- 2–3+ years of recruiting, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems, and sourcing tools
- Candidate sourcing and pipeline development experience
- Ability to conduct talent market research
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2026-05-25Base Pay Range: $38/yr - $50/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
