Lead Specialist, Retail Marketing (Australia)

At Castlery, we design modern furniture for the way people live today. As we grow our retail presence in Australia, we’re looking for a commercially driven Lead Specialist, Retail Marketing to lead showroom marketing initiatives and drive footfall, brand awareness, and sales performance.   

What You’ll Do 

• Own and execute the showroom marketing strategy aligned with sales targets and key trading moments. 
• Work closely with the Showroom Manager on sales-driving initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. 
• Drive foot traffic, conversion, and revenue through integrated campaigns and local activations. 
• Create and manage showroom-specific social media content to increase local awareness and engagement. 
•  Design and execute integrated retail marketing activations (including events, partnerships, and campaigns) to support showroom traffic and sales performance. Leverage CRM and customer data to drive repeat visits, referrals, and lead nurturing. 
• Ensure strong alignment between marketing campaigns and in-store visual merchandising. 
• Own showroom marketing performance metrics including footfall growth, campaign ROI, and local customer acquisition. 
• Own the showroom marketing calendar aligned with showroom trading cycles, product launches, and weekly sales performance. 

  

What You’ll Bring 

• 5 to 8 years of experience in retail, brand, or consumer marketing with demonstrated ownership of campaign or channel performance 
• Proven experience owning and executing local marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales performance.  
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable retail outcomes. 
• Experience partnering closely with retail operations teams to support showroom performance 
• Hands-on experience managing social media content for a brand or retail location. 
• Data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment to track campaign performance and ROI
