Job Description
Job summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations at our third-party (3P) standalone sort center in Ankara. You will oversee the end-to-end sortation process, manage a team of associates, and ensure all operational targets related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency are consistently met. This role will rotate in shifts ( 2 or 3) according the operational requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of logistics operations. This role demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while driving team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Key job responsibilities
-Oversee daily sort center operations, including inbound, sortation, and outbound processes, ensuring all packages are sorted accurately and dispatched
within the defined CPTs
-Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sort accuracy,
throughput, and on-time dispatch rates, while identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
-Ensure proper utilization of equipment, space, and resources to optimize operational efficiency
-Monitor sort accuracy and implement measures to minimize missorts and damages, while driving SOP adherence across all processes
-Identify opportunities for process improvement, participate in root cause analysis (RCA), and support the implementation of new processes and
technologies
-Coordinate with 3P service providers, transportation, last-mile delivery, and network planning teams to ensure SLA adherence and smooth operational
coordination
-Communicate operational updates and escalations to the reporting manager in a timely manner
- -Flexible to work across multiple shifts as required (2-3 Shifts)
