About the Role:
We are a dedicated IT support team headquartered in Berlin, with additional offices in Ljubljana and Haarlem, providing essential IT support for our employees across Europe and Asia. Our team manages several key processes: onboarding and offboarding, device lifecycle management, user support and maintaining the office IT infrastructure, including videoconferencing systems.
We work with a variety of tools, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Office365, Bitwarden, and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), to deliver high-quality IT support across the organization. We are committed to providing an excellent digital experience for our employees and fostering a supportive, collaborative team environment.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn the ropes of corporate IT by assisting with device setups, resolving everyday technical questions, and helping maintain our office meeting spaces. Working alongside our global IT team, you’ll gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment while delivering friendly, high-quality support to our team members across the EMEA/APAC regions.
This is a part-time, onsite position in our Berlin office on a 20 hour per week basis.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Device Lifecycle Support: Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of company hardware, including unboxing, tagging, and setting up devices (macOS and Windows) for deployment using MDM tools like Jamf and NinjaOne.
- First-Line User Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, helping to troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and software issues.
- Meeting Room Readiness: Help maintain our office videoconferencing setups, including Polycom and Zoom Rooms, ensuring they are tested and ready for use.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the team in preparing IT resources and access for new starters, and assist in the secure collection of equipment during offboarding.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of IT documentation and internal wikis to help make our team more efficient.
- Global Collaboration: Work alongside the wider IT team to provide friendly, high-quality support to our colleagues across the EMEA and APAC regions.
What You Bring:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Ability to work well as part of a team with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to provide friendly, approachable support to users.
- Basic experience or a solid interest in supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with (or an eagerness to learn) tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence).
- Comfort working with hardware and an interest in maintaining videoconferencing solutions (Polycom, Zoom Rooms)
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to troubleshoot issues faster, draft documentation, or improve internal IT workflows.
- Excellent communication
