As a Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and market expansion of Medtronic service offerings within the assigned region or accounts. You will promote service contracts while developing long-term customer partnerships that strengthen Medtronic’s installed base and service footprint. Working closely with Capital Sales teams, Technical Consultants, Service Managers, Field Engineers and distribution partners, you will deliver tailored service solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, support sustainable growth, and contribute to the overall commercial success of the organization. This remote role combines strategic sales expertise, lead generation, analytical strategic thinking, market trends monitoring and awareness and technical knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that optimize customers’ product performance and lifecycle.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Actively promote and sell service contracts on Medtronic IB, including per-incident services and spare parts, to enhance product performance and extend lifecycle value
  • Achieve sales targets and drive installed base service growth through effective pipeline management and identification of new business opportunities, renewals, and uncovered equipment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and potential clients to support consistent sales growth
  • Conduct market analysis and support service market development activities to strengthen Medtronic’s service footprint
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Technical teams to develop and deliver customer-focused service solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations demonstrating service features, benefits, and value propositions while gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and manage CRM activities and pipeline tracking

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • 4+ years of sales, clinical, or healthcare-related experience
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or service sales environments
  • Strong consultative selling and account management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills; fluent English and local language required
