We are looking for a Data Product Fulfillment Associate to process customer data product assignments and support fulfillment operations. This position will be full-time and remote.
What You’ll Do
Manually provision and assign customers to their entitled data products following defined processes and guidelines
Accurately process fulfillment requests in a timely manner, adhering to SLAs
Validate customer entitlement data for completeness and accuracy before processing
Log and track all fulfillment activity using internal tools or spreadsheets
Communicate any discrepancies, errors, or blockers to the Team Lead promptly
Participate in onboarding training prior to the July 6th go-live date
Support process improvement efforts by documenting recurring issues or inefficiencies
What You’ll Need
Required:
1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations, BPO, or back-office processing roles
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Comfortable working with internal systems, portals, or admin consoles (training will be provided)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS, data services, or technology companies
Familiarity with customer entitlement or subscription management concepts
Prior experience in a ramp-up or go-live support role
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
