Sales and Customer Service Representative – Dutch Speaking 

(Dutch and Belgian Market)

We’re expanding our Online Sales team and are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative with a strong sales mindset to support our web shops and marketplace customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Provide sales-focused customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp and chat for the Dutch and Belgian markets. 
  • Handle incoming sales leads, create tailored quotes, actively follow up and convert them into orders
  • Support customers after sales: deliveries, claims, returns, installation help, payment issues. 
  • Process orders and returns in our systems (including web shops and marketplaces like Bol.com). 
  • Identify commercial opportunities during customer contact and promote relevant products or solutions. 
  • Contribute to process improvements and a better customer experience. 
  • Participate in projects related to the role. 

What you bring: 

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written). 
  • Good level of English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus, but not a need. 
  • Experience in customer service, sales, telesales or account management is an advantage. 
  • Confident in using MS Office. 
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, commercial mindset
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. 
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a hybrid, international environment, sometimes supporting other teams or markets while managing written requests in multiple languages
