Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled product manager to join our Customer Experience product team. In this role, working with designers, data analysts and business stakeholders, you will lead improvements, innovations and new program launches to the Coupang Taiwan shopping experience on our mobile app and website. Successful candidates will build products to help attract new customers and improve the experience for our existing customers, ultimately scaling the overall business in Taiwan. We're seeking someone hands-on with a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and strong project management abilities. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for one or more areas within customer experience. 
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, identifying use cases, and establishing success metrics. 
  • Develop hypotheses to innovate on our customer experience, working closely with designers to push the boundaries of user experience, and validating them through experimentation with clearly defined user input and business output metrics.  
  • Drive new product development with clear objectives and timelines, fostering cross-functional collaboration across teams and employing rigorous project management methodologies.  

 

Essential Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical disciplines, or have equivalent experiences. 
  • At least 6 years of product management experience, with a track record of developing and executing a compelling product vision.  
  • An analytical mindset suited to a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly dynamic and ambiguous start-up like environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently. 
  • A bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done. 
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively and influence others. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and business stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in designing and launching consumer facing products (e.g., e-commerce, marketing, social media, gaming, etc.). 
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects to address ambiguous business and customer problems. 
  • Ability to leverage data (e.g. Excel, SQL) to frame problems and draw insights
