Optima Solution Application & Advanced Process Expert- Liquid Paint

As an Optima Solution Application and Advanced Process Specialist, You will be responsable for delivering growth, leading solutions, and assuring the continuity of expertise across the Optima Solutions organization. You will lead solutions for new product and mobility applications.

You will report to Optima Solutions Application & Advanced Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve value creation/value capture proposes novel solutions based on the customers' needs.

• Deliverable Works with technical and product management to ensure all new products introduced are thoroughly vetted, validated and the process mapped from an application perspective.

• Identify and propose launch solutions, ensure launch success and engineering of solutions across our.

• Lead our internal and external teams to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.

• Responsible for paid for customer training in field of expertise or designating appropriate trainers.

• Ensure PPG technologies deliver performance outcomes on customer operations, driving customer retention and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.

• Green or yellow belt desirable.

• Open to travel as needs require.

• Fluent English

• Robot programming experience.

• 4+ years of experience in liquid paint for OEM's.
