Key Responsibilities

Define and prioritize problem spaces: Identify the highest-impact opportunities across customers and workflows
Lead complex, cross-functional engagements: Drive discovery, design, and delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
Set direction for agent design: Guide solution architecture and key tradeoffs, including customization vs standardization
Own execution across initiatives: Ensure alignment, momentum, and delivery predictability across multi-threaded efforts
Build and improve delivery systems: Establish frameworks for scoping, execution, measurement, and quality
Translate patterns into platform: Turn cross-customer learnings into product and platform improvements
Influence roadmap and strategy: Shape product and technical direction based on field insights
Raise the bar across the team: Improve standards for product thinking, execution rigor, and delivery excellence

Qualifications

Must have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required)
8–12+ years of experience across product, solutions, consulting, or technical leadership roles
Deep experience leading complex, customer-facing implementations or transformations
Strong ability to connect business problems to scalable technical solutions
Track record of driving both product direction and execution across teams
Experience managing large, multi-threaded initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and influence across technical and executive audiences

Nice to have
