Senior Staff AI Agent Product Manager (Forward-Deployed Product)

About the Role

You will lead the most complex and strategic forward-deployed product efforts—owning portfolios of deployments, shaping product direction, and improving how Liberate delivers and scales AI agents.

You operate across customers, systems, and teams to drive both execution excellence and product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize problem spaces: Identify the highest-impact opportunities across customers and workflows
• Lead complex, cross-functional engagements: Drive discovery, design, and delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Set direction for agent design: Guide solution architecture and key tradeoffs, including customization vs standardization
• Own execution across initiatives: Ensure alignment, momentum, and delivery predictability across multi-threaded efforts
• Build and improve delivery systems: Establish frameworks for scoping, execution, measurement, and quality
• Translate patterns into platform: Turn cross-customer learnings into product and platform improvements
• Influence roadmap and strategy: Shape product and technical direction based on field insights
• Raise the bar across the team: Improve standards for product thinking, execution rigor, and delivery excellence

Qualifications

Must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required)
• 8–12+ years of experience across product, solutions, consulting, or technical leadership roles
• Deep experience leading complex, customer-facing implementations or transformations
• Strong ability to connect business problems to scalable technical solutions
• Track record of driving both product direction and execution across teams
• Experience managing large, multi-threaded initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and influence across technical and executive audiences

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML systems, automation platforms, or highly technical SaaS products
• Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Experience shaping product strategy from field or customer insights
• Familiarity with building scalable systems or platform capabilities from repeated deployments

Salary for Agent Product Manager roles range from $160,000–$235,000, depending on level, experience, and location.
