Job Description:

• ACCOUNTABILITY 

• Manage relevant administrative topics in collaboration within Fuselage Equipping Tianjin (FET) and  company level internal and external work package of service providers.

• Interface and coordinate between FET and company level's EHS officers, and relevant safety matters of working package suppliers in accordance with Safety Management Agreement.

• Act as FET EHS focal point in Supplier site, boosting Supplier safety improvement.

• Ensure that all required safety briefings and actions are carried out and documented.

• Support to perform safety risk assessments and safety management matters, and prepare the results of job-related risk analyses to transfer to suitable training documents.

• Act as IT Interrupt Service Routine (ISR) and as department Facility Management focal point, including requesting, recovering and managing IT tools access rights and resolving IT issues.

• Coordinate with relevant functions for Purchase Requests (PR) or Purchase Orders (PO) of the General and Technical work packages, ensuring all requests are placed on time.

• Coordinate with related businesses of Export Control, Data Security, etc.

• Act as FET focal point for Facility Management communications and Administration, ensuring facility condition is completed as per company standard and Supplier Site requirements as well.

• Coordinate for continuing improvement (e.g. 5S, Management Control Routine).

• QUALIFICATION

• EDUCATION: with Bachelor or above degree, in Engineering or Management major.

• EXPERIENCE: 3 year experience in the Industrial domain.

• LANGUAGE: fluent English, French and/or German will be a plus

• KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong collaboration skills with good capability of cross-cultural communication.

• Good knowledge of Industrial Safety and Security processes.

• Basic knowledge of occupational and production safety regulations.

• Familiar with Office Software.

• ABILITIES:

• Ability to identify deviations from standards through self-assessment and speak up.

• Ability to adapt to work in a multicultural environment

• DRIVER / VALUES: Integrity, Proactive, Ownership, Reliability

• Provide administrative assistance to the Head of FET. 

• Provide the necessary support to the FET department on administrative tasks.
