THE JOB:
As an Environmental Services Supervisor at Bellagio, you will enhance the guest experience by overseeing a team of Environmental Services employees and ensuring the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino and public areas. Your role includes managing schedules, conducting inspections, and addressing guest concerns while providing professional and engaging service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responsible for supervisory duties for team of environmental Services (EVS) employees. Assists with scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees.

• Manages employee questions and guest concerns to ensure all department procedures, policies, and service standards are being adhered to during shift.

• Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas.

• Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates: meet with employees as needed for training, coaching, and facilitating required compliance training.

• Responsible for preparing end of shift report and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.

• Assist with other administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required

• Experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment preferred
