For our team we are looking for:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS

“Heidelberg Materials Devnya” is part of Heidelberg Materials – a leader in the cement industry worldwide and the largest cement producer in Bulgaria with a leading position in the domestic market but also the main cement exporter.

Your Tasks:

• Develops, implements and manages sustainable products sales plan;

• Applies the company's marketing and commercial strategy regarding EvoZero and Evobuild;

• Identifies and develops opportunities for Sales of EvoZero and Evobuild;

• Responsible for the sales of the company’s sustainable product range in accordance with the business plans;

• Responsible for after-sales service;

• Maintains a client database, monitors and analyzes the entire sales process, solves issues when occur;

• Establishes, develops and maintains good relations with the company's customers;

• Advises clients in technical matters;

• Monitors the market situation and competition;

• Prepares periodic reports.

Our requirements:

• University degree - economic or technical field;

• Previous experience on a similar position – minimum 2 years;

• Very good command of English (both written and spoken);

• Sales techniques/Negotiation skills;

• Very good analytical and communication skills;

• Very good skills to work independently and as a part of a team;

• Result oriented;

• Self-motivated and dynamic.
