About the role
Position Overview
This position is in the Inventory area of the Materials Management Team. You will be working to stock material, kit material, and pick material for Fulfillment operations to the customer.

Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOP’s, etc.
Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives
Accomplish other duties as required to include cross training
Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain a clean work area
Responsible for pulling the correct material for each order and accurately consuming the material in the system
Responsible for inventory accuracy
Assist in the development of procedural improvements designed to increase efficiency, costs, safety, and morale
Understand the Picking process including paperwork and RF Scanners & Printers
Prioritize orders as instructed
Follow FIFO (First In/First Out) process
Replenish items to maintain inventory
Verify printed patient copy contains all required information
Troubleshoot pick tickets
Ability to read and understand a MQR card
Cycle Counts in assigned area
Review the custom order form including any change orders
Enter information into Microsoft Excel
Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position)
Follow all written and verbal instructions
Read, Write, and Speak English
Desired Qualifications
Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Physical Demands: Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50+ pounds with a team lift (i.e. sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc)
Compensation: Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $18.50 - $20.75. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
