A Day in the Life

Our Neuromodulation division focuses on Deep Brain Stimultion (DBS), Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and Intrathecal Drug Delivery pumps (ITDD) that help patients manage movement disorders and chronic pain effectively.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager (DSM) to lead and manage a high-performing sales team within our Neuromodulation division in London. The DSM will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving market share growth, and ensuring the successful adoption of our DBS, SCS and ITDD solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, team leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the market we work in across UKI.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), pain management specialists, and healthcare providers to drive product adoption and Medtronic advocacy
Foster a high-performance sales culture through motivation, accountability, and continuous professional development
Collaborate with key acct stakeholders including to understand their needs and present tailored pain therapy solutions
Partner with marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and physician education programs
Manage district budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize opportunities
Willingness to travel extensively within the district
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field ( preferred)
Medical device sales experience in sales management or leadership role
Experience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical environment
Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare reimbursement landscape
Demonstrated success in developing high-performing sales teams
Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and drive execution
