YOUR ROLE

You will collaborate with all global stakeholders to drive and implement the global product strategy across all baby brands, product types, and markets. The breadth and responsibility of this role is incredibly unique, you will learn all necessary steps to take a product from an idea to an international success. If you're interested in product development, data analysis, manufacturing, and supply chain, and want to help drive product success in one of the fastest-growing FMCG companies in the world, this role is perfect for you.

Despite the scope of responsibility, this role is also well suited to ambitious fresh graduates. At ZURU, we value people who show initiative, curiosity, and a drive to learn quickly. As the baby team expands into new markets, retailers, and product categories, you will be the critical link that translates commercial needs into tangible, compliant, and market-ready products — delivered on time, every time.
You will build direct relationships with stakeholders across every function and every continent, becoming the go-to person for product knowledge, timelines, and execution. The decisions you make and the standards you set will directly shape the direction of our brands and the impact they have
