About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Business Systems Administrator to support our enterprise-wide transition from SAP ECC6 ERP to Oracle Cloud ERP & Oracle Cloud EPM and enhance our Financial Applications Systems footprint. This role will be central to process optimization, business process mapping, requirements definition, and solution design across multiple financial functions within our commercial real estate operations spanning about 80 offices across the U.S. and Canada.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, Procurement), Oracle Cloud EPM (Planning, Consolidation), and has a strong background in evaluating, optimizing, and documenting business processes in a complex multi-entity environment.

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 – $145,000 per year. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance‑based bonus. The exact bonus amount is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual performance, team results, and company performance. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
