Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.

As part of the Global Learning Services – Customer Facing team, you will execute a strategic communication plan for Learning programs led by the Learning Institute/ Geographies you will write and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills and a passion for creating experiences. The role will build a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect, and inspire the community of employees!

Main responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Plan, initiate, and coordinate learning projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, facilitating communication, and ensuring transparency across project lifecycles.

• Resource & Timeline Management: Track project milestones, manage resource allocation, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

• Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of standardized project management processes, tools, and templates to improve operational efficiency across the Global Learning Services team. 

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned to support governance and continuous improvement.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), LMS administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment. 

About you:

• Experience: 8- 10 years of Experience – Learning and Pharma industry / 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Soft skills: Stakeholder management; communication skills; and ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Technical skills: Project and Communication Management

• Education: MBA or equivalent to degree from reputed business school

• Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
