Join Our Team as a Digital Hardware Engineer!

Are you passionate about cutting-edge digital design? We're at Motorola Solutions looking for a talented engineer to help shape the future.

What You’ll Do:

·  Design and verify advanced digital systems

·  Debug complex board-level issues with precision

·  Work hands-on with DDR, PCIe, SerDes, and other high-speed interfaces

·  Collaborate in a dynamic, innovation-driven team

·  Own your work—from concept to lab validation

Basic Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

·  B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with ~3 years of experience

·  Solid skills in digital design, verification, and lab debugging

·  Comfortable with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and lab work

·  Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team

·  Strong communication skills in English
