Product Developer (Cambodia)-Footwear

Collaborate with a global, cross-functional product creation team, guiding projects from design and development milestones through commercialization to deliver products that exceed expectations.

Review and analyze design packs to ensure readiness for factory deliverables.

Manage the sample process, including submitting clear sample requests, summarizing product teardowns within the team, and documenting and communicating revisions as needed.

Investigate and resolve issues in design tech packages prior to hand-off, addressing potential concerns related to construction, materials, fit and wear, or cost.

Identify and communicate opportunities to product teams for enhancing construction, materials, and components to improve functionality, aesthetics, durability, and fit.

Proficiency in Chinese or Cambodian is required.
