Role Summary and Impact
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Planning Manager to take on a role within our Singapore team, working for a globally renowned leader in the luxury beauty industry, celebrated for its heritage of prestige skincare, makeup, and fragrance. You will take ownership of integrated media planning and client servicing for the Travel Retail business unit across key APAC markets, working closely with global teams to deliver best-in-class, performance-driven campaigns. Beyond core planning duties, you will proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and innovation within the Travel Retail beauty category. We are seeking a confident media professional who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, capable of managing day-to-day campaign workflows, campaign planning and excellent coordination with travel retail partners, data partners, and activation teams across local markets and particularly in China.
Skills and Experience
What you will do:
- Integrated Media Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive, insight-driven media plans across key APAC markets, spanning both digital and traditional channels. Drawing from brand strategy, you will ensure plans are rooted in consumer understanding and aligned to business objectives, encompassing both Brand and Performance media across OTA platforms, on-platform Search, Social, Programmatic, airport DOOH, in-flight magazines and online-to-offline activations
- Campaign Excellence & Execution Oversight: Accountable for campaign execution by Activation Teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of digital campaign requirements. Drive rigour and set expectations of accuracy for campaign tracking, performance optimisation and delivery standards.
- Reporting: Own the creation of in-flight and post-campaign reporting, delivering clear and actionable performance insights to the client.
- Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships with Travel Retail clients. Take part in client conversations, presenting media plans, performance updates, and new opportunities with clarity.
