About the role
The IVR AI Analytics Analyst is a intermediate level position responsible for managing a broad range of reporting and analytics for the IVR Conversational AI platform. This role will be responsible for the development of AI Analytics and reporting and Dashboards with product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating product lines through product life-cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to develop reporting and Dashboards for the IVR Conversational AI and build several Analytics around the system.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of overall experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation.
At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Database Management Systems (DBMS) tools.
Knowledge of Citi’s CRS, Brands & Retail Bank data
Technical Proficiency (Must-Have):
Strong and advanced proficiency in SAS: Demonstrated expertise in SAS programming for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and report generation.
Strong and advanced proficiency in SQL: Expert-level SQL skills for complex querying, data extraction, and database management across various platforms
Technical Proficiency (Add-on/Desired):
Experience with job scheduling tools such as Autosys or Control-M.
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Warehouses, Qualtrics, Hive/BigData, and EAP platforms.
Experience with banking and Financial Services Automation initiatives will be an added advantage
In-depth understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Experience in developing Tableau Dashboards and moving them to a production state
Knowledge in Gen AI and Prompting Certifications will be preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
