サービスに関する顧客請求書を作成、生成、印刷、記録、郵送する。自動請求システムが正確な請求書を効率的に作成できるよう運用・保守を行う。日次、月次、その他定期的な請求サマリーレポートや財務諸表を作成する。アカウント記録の維持、監視、分析を行う。

職務と責任
顧客請求および関連情報の正確性を検証する。
契約条件に準拠した請求用の顧客アカウント設定を管理する。

①顧客請求設定や請求書発行の正確性を確保する。
②契約変更を反映するため請求パラメータを調整する。
③顧客の紛争や複雑なエスカレーション案件を調査・解決する。
④売上税、手数料、その他諸費用の正確な処理を確保する。
⑤請求調整や問題・不一致の根本原因分析を行う。
⑥SOXコンプライアンスのため手順遵守と文書管理を確保する


JOB SUMMARY
Job

1. Prepares, generates, prints, records, and mails customer service invoices. 
2. Operates and maintains automated billing systems to efficiently produce accurate invoices. 
3. Prepares daily, monthly, and other periodic billing summary reports and financial statements. 
4. Maintains, monitors, and analyzes account records.

1.Specialized Knowledge and Technical Skills: Demonstrates a broad understanding of their role and related functions and is capable of applying skills to various processes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Verify accuracy of customer billing and related information.
2.Manage customer account setup for billing in compliance with contract terms.
3.Ensure accuracy of customer billing settings and invoice issuance.
4.Adjust billing parameters to reflect contract changes.
5.Investigate and resolve customer disputes and complex escalations.
6.Ensure correct processing of sales tax, fees, and other charges.
7.Analyze root causes of billing adjustments, issues, and discrepancies.
8.Ensure compliance with procedures and documentation for SOX requirements.
