About the Role:

  • Act as the global strategic lead across all business verticals, overseeing and elevating the work of Strategist Managers to ensure alignment with company-wide priorities and performance goals.
  • Own the definition, evolution, and execution of the global creative strategy, connecting business objectives with scalable, high-impact creative frameworks.
  • Drive a data-driven, performance-first approach to creativity, ensuring all strategic decisions are grounded in insights, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead prioritization across projects, markets, and verticals, allocating strategic resources to the highest-impact opportunities and ensuring focus on what truly moves the business.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear strategic directions and actionable frameworks, enabling teams to execute with clarity, speed, and consistency.
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner to Marketing, Growth and Leadership & other teams ensuring strategic coherence across all channels and initiatives.
  • Oversee and elevate the quality of creative strategies, briefs, and outputs, setting a high bar for excellence, clarity, and impact.
  • Drive a culture of continuous optimization, leveraging performance data, testing frameworks, and learnings to iterate and scale winning approaches.
  • Lead strategic planning cycles, including campaign roadmaps, seasonalities, and long-term initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Own visibility and reporting of strategic impact, building dashboards and narratives that connect creative work to business results.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Strategist Managers, building a high-performing, autonomous, and strategically strong team.
  • Foster a culture of rigor, ownership, and strategic thinking, while maintaining creative ambition and flexibility.
  • Define and implement scalable strategic systems, workflows, and methodologies that improve efficiency, visibility, and cross-team alignment.

About You:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy (creative, brand, digital or growth), with proven impact in scaling teams and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional ability to connect business goals, data, and creativity into clear and effective strategies.
  • Highly analytical and performance-oriented mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions, prioritize, and optimize outcomes.
  • Proven experience in resource allocation, prioritization, and organizational design.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Experience building and implementing scalable frameworks, processes, and systems.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel ecosystems, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
