Role Summary and Impact

You will own the day-to-day delivery of influencer and content campaigns - managing partners, tracking budgets, and ensuring quality - while supporting the Manager in strategy development. This is the right role if you're ready to take real ownership and grow into a strategic lead.

1. Content Strategy & Planning (40%)
● Support the development of influencer strategies aligned with client goals and brand direction
● Contribute to competitive research, campaign conceptualization, and proposal development
● Spot emerging trends, platform updates, and content opportunities to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the team

2. Campaign Execution & Delivery (60%)
● Support and coordinate campaign execution under Line Manager's guidance, from briefing to final reporting
● Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and cross-team coordination
● Oversee content development with KOLs/KOCs, ensuring quality and brand alignment
● Manage campaign budgets and track expenses for cost-efficiency
● Track performance (KPIs) and deliver post-campaign learnings with actionable insights
● Ensure compliance, contracts and payment processes are handled accurately and efficiently
● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated influencer solutions across media and content

Skills and experience:

● 1–2 years in advertising, communications, or digital/influencer marketing
● Experience managing campaigns or projects with external vendors or partners
● Comfortable with numbers: budgets, data, and Excel reporting
● Master in Vietnamese; excellent in English (speaking, writing, presenting)
● Strong at social trends and the KOL/influencer market in Vietnam
● Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented - you follow through
