What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that ensure we have the right talent in place for offshore operations.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define candidate profiles, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Source top talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach) to build strong candidate pipelines for offshore and field roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, assessing candidates, and verifying offshore training certifications and licenses.
- With our training team to make sure new hires complete mandatory pre-rig training and are set up for success.
- Maintain strong relationships with universities, maritime academies, and other institutions for campus recruitment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Workday and manage job postings on our careers site and job boards.
- Proactively identify and develop talent pipelines for critical offshore roles.
- Travel domestically (approximately 10%) to support recruitment efforts and build relationships in key markets.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support the broader TA team.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment OR a combination of relevant education and experience totaling seven years.
- Experience in International/Global recruitment is highly desirable.
- A track record of filling roles across various functions and levels, preferably in offshore, oil & gas, or industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers, making every interaction a positive experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the recruitment process moving smoothly.
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for offshore oil and gas operations.
- Strong knowledge of offshore functions and the unique hiring challenges in the industry.
