Software Development Lead Engineer

Key Responsibility

• Drive accountable and compliant software development to fulfill V-model guidelines and standard Engineering Development Frameworks (EDF).
• Define software development timeline to meet customer milestone and ensure its effective implementation.
• Monitor, perform risk management, and escalation on the progress of software design deliverables on a regular basis
• Contribute regular project status reviews and report progress to management.
• Conduct daily communication with System Team, e-Hardware Team, System Project Lead engineer as software team contact window.
• Prepare software design deliverables and support the execution of Gate Reviews.

Requirement & Professional Skill

• Master’s degree and major in power electrification and electronics or automation domain
• 3+ years of software design experience
• Familiar with AutoSAR configuration/Mcal configuration /Matlab Simulink model/Infineon Aurix MCU  
• Familiar with engineering tools like Vector CANalyzer/CANoe/CANape/Lauterbach.
• Familiar with engineering process from SWE.1 to SWE.6
• Good leadership with the ability to guide and drive the team.
• Clear mind and excellent communication skills.
• Good writing & oral English.
• Good time management skills and prioritization abilities.
• Able to work under pressure.
