About the Role

Bacco Restaurant & Bar is Four Seasons’ signature Italian dining destination, offering a refined yet approachable culinary experience rooted in authentic flavors, exceptional ingredients, and attentive service. As a AM/PM Host at Bacco, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an elevated dining experience by greeting, seating, and coordinating reservations with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism, while supporting smooth restaurant operations in alignment with Four Seasons standards.

What You Will Do

  • Greet and seat guests promptly according to party size and guest preferences.

  • Manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries via telephone in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve inquiries or concerns, and recognize repeat guests by name when possible.

  • Maintain and inspect daily menus to ensure proper condition, presentation, and accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of menu items and daily specials.

  • Ensure proper table setup and make minor adjustments as needed prior to seating guests.

  • Work collaboratively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors to support seamless service.

  • Complete special projects such as menu changes, signage updates, or other assignments as directed.

  • Comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or related experience preferred.

  • Basic working knowledge of restaurant operations within a luxury hospitality environment.

  • Ability to operate computer equipment and reservation systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest service.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
