We are currently providing an opportunity for an hourly trainee. You will receive the relevant short-term technical training to do a variety of production-related tasks under guidance.* Completing all the required assembly / machining / welding cart training, job role functional training, passing the test, and obtaining the certification by the end of probation period
* Wearing the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipments) properly, strictly following all safety policies to avoid any injury
* Producing / providing right quality product / service at right time by diligently following the standard work document and adhering to the instructions of the team lead
* Actively participating in continuous improvement activities by participating / supporting in the implementation of ideas / suggestions
* Consistently performing Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain (5S), start up and shut down activities in the work area daily
* Appropriately using all company property like tools, fixtures and other production consumables and taking necessary action in case of malfunctioning
* Following all policies and guidelines
* Performing other duties as required
Required Qualifications
* Technical school or equal educational background in mechanical or similar discipline
* Ability to read assembly print and knowledge of normal technical requirements such as tolerance and fit
* Ability to read simple information in English; knowledge of simple English assembly terms.
* Good communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Desired Qualifications
* Ability to perform simple computer operations
* Awareness of 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
