Job Description Summary

Leads defined work or projects of broad scope and complexity to personal trust accounts. Resolves or recommends solutions to complex problems. Regular contact with senior management and other internal customers is required to identify, research, and resolve accounting issues and provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and relevance of proposed complex financial products, and develop and amend as necessary with guidance from senior colleagues. May also be responsible for supervising activities performed by a financial product development or specialist team.
  • Manage and develop important customer relationships with guidance from senior colleagues, and/or manage an account team delivering day-to-day support. Customers are likely to include mid-tier companies, multinational corporations, and the like.
  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing client accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the client organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues. Manage ongoing relationships with identified client segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on client input.
  • Speak to advanced features of the product/service that are expected to be delivered later; respond to complex customer questions around the future of the product/service and what the customer can expect.

  • Orient the organization around delivering to the key needs of clients.
  • Manage clients and accounts to the mutual benefit of the account client and own organization.
  • Interpret and apply knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of expertise.
  • Make every client interaction positive by leaving the client feeling understood, appreciated, and confident in the organization's ability.

Education

Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Finance
