About the Role
As an Agile Product Owner, Sr Lead with a strong Technical Program Management focus, you will drive delivery of complex product and platform initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will own product priorities, align strategic objectives to execution plans, and ensure delivery of business outcomes through Agile practices. This role requires balancing customer needs, technical dependencies, risk management, and delivery excellence across large-scale programs. Success is measured through product value realization, execution predictability, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics aligned to business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple Agile teams.
- Own and prioritize product backlogs using customer insights, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
- Translate business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams and teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness.
- Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and guide investment decisions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment through clear communication, executive reporting, and roadmap transparency.
- Ensure solutions meet operational, security, compliance, and quality requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile product delivery and large-scale technical programs in complex environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, product ownership, backlog management, and iterative delivery practices.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions across business and technology teams.
- Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, systems integration, and platform-based product delivery.
- Skilled in risk management, dependency management, release planning, and program governance.
- Experience using Agile delivery and work management tools to drive execution and transparency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills-based experience in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or highly regulated industry solutions.
- Knowledge of product management frameworks, customer-centric design, and value-based prioritization techniques.
- Experience managing cloud-based, API-driven, data-centric, or enterprise platform initiatives.
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Product Management, or Project/Program Management certifications.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
