Target Range:

$70,000.00/Yr. - $140,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

The Offer Strategy & Client Experience team focuses on driving value creation that supports revenue growth, client satisfaction, and competitive differentiation.

As part of this team, you will play a key role in the development and execution of Banking solutions designed for advisors and IBDs, helping enable more holistic wealth management. This role offers the opportunity to develop strategy, support program design, and deliver innovative solutions that combine the scale of Axos with the evolving needs of the advisor community.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the Advisor and IBD Banking Program strategy, helping enhance the firm’s value proposition and growth initiatives.
  • Vision & Roadmap Contribution: Support the articulation and execution of Banking Program priorities, maintaining alignment with market trends, firm goals, and client needs.
  • Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, advisor behaviors, and client demand to identify opportunities for new or enhanced banking capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Axos banking teams, Legal, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Services to support the development and delivery of programs.
  • Program Materials: Assist in creating clear, concise, and compelling materials that communicate strategy, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Holistic Perspective: Build familiarity across existing Offer Programs to support integrated solutions across custody, clearing, and banking.
  • Technology Partnership: Collaborate with internal technology teams contributing to platform enhancements that support a unified client experience.
  • Marketing & Enablement: Work alongside marketing and enablement teams to help promote programs and educate stakeholders on value propositions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with internal partners - including sales, service, operations, technology, and banking teams—as well as external partners where applicable.
  • Performance Tracking: Support the development and monitoring of KPIs, using data and feedback to help inform enhancements and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 plus years of experience in financial services, banking, product, or strategy-related roles
  • Experience working with Financial Advisors, RIAs, IBDs, or within a banking or wealth management environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Curiosity and interest in leveraging new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance programs
  • Experience supporting or contributing to Banking, Cash Management, or Lending programs in a B2B environment
  • Understanding of advisor business models and how banking solutions complement broader wealth management strategies
  • Exposure to adjacent solutions such as Trust, Insurance, or M&A (through internal programs or partnerships)
  • Demonstrates a proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
