About the role

The Lead Generation Laboratory is hiring an analyst to power Cerity Partners’ data-driven prospecting engine. This team sits at the heart of the firm’s growth strategy — translating raw market signals, enrichment data, and internal relationship intelligence into high-quality, actionable leads for the Capital Solutions and Practice Development teams. Sitting within our Operations organization, the analyst will work closely with the Concierge Desk, Capital Solutions, and practice-specific business development contacts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Enrichment & Internal Connections

  • Enrich inbound leads using the full Lead Lab tech stack — layering wealth signals, relationship data, and financial trigger intelligence onto raw contacts

  • Surface warm introduction paths: identify who at Cerity Partners has existing connections to a given lead using Aidentified, Microsoft Graph email linkage, and Salesforce relationship data

  • Build high-quality lead dossiers for the Concierge Desk and Capital Solutions team, enabling personalized, relevant outreach

  • Identify share of wallet opportunities within the existing ~50,000-person Cerity Partners client base — flagging clients with untapped Capital Solutions needs using Holistiplan, eMoney, and Windfall

  • Monitor for institutional flywheel leads: OCIO/RPC clients whose executives or board members are WM prospects, and WM clients whose profiles suggest institutional relationships

  • Continuously improve enrichment coverage and data freshness across client and prospect records

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1–4 years of experience in financial services, wealth management research, investment banking, data analysis, or a related field

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; comfort working with structured data

  • Deep expertise in efficiency and process optimization through AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of SEC filings (Form 4, Form 144) or M&A processes

  • Experience with financial data tools: Equilar, Windfall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, FinSearch, Aidentified, or similar

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong research instincts and the ability to synthesize information from multiple data sources into coherent, actionable outputs

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong written communication skills

  • Collaborative mindset — able to work across practice groups, business development teams, and technology counterparts

  • Must accept and thrive in a fast-moving, build-phase environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Occasional travel to firm offices or team meetings may be required

Compensation Range:
$85,000-$95,000
