The Senior Finance & Performance Analyst – Cloud & Infrastructure role is a key part of our Finance team’s success and the continued growth of our business. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, deep knowledge of financial planning and performance management, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both finance and technology stakeholders. You will play a central role in shaping how we monitor, manage, and optimize our Cloud & Infrastructure investments to drive value across the business.
We're looking for someone who:
- Brings over 5 years of experience in finance, performance analysis, or business partnering, preferably within Cloud & Infrastructure or other technology-focused environments.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Is passionate about developing and improving internal processes and financial performance frameworks.
- Is solution-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Has strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Works independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Can translate data into business recommendations and influence decision-making through compelling financial storytelling.
- Has excellent communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations.
- Previous experience in BIG4 consulting or audit is a plus.
What you'll be doing?
- Partnering with engineering leadership to provide financial insights and performance analysis.
- Monitoring spend, budgets, and forecasts for engineering operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Developing and overseeing financial control systems designed to track and manage technology-related investments and costs.
- Leading the budget planning and forecasting process for engineering, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Performing business case evaluations and ROI analyses for major infrastructure and cloud projects.
- Analyzing business results, cost drivers, and trends, and identifying measures for cost optimization and rationalization.
- Coordinating the implementation and enhancement of reporting systems and dashboards.
- Supporting the development of internal procedures to ensure compliance with both internal standards and external regulations.
- Preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting broader finance transformation projects within the organization as needed.
