At Loft Orbital, we build space infrastructure that makes it fast and simple for organizations to deploy and operate missions in orbit. Our standardized satellite platform allows customers to focus on their mission while we handle the complexity of spacecraft development, deployment, and operations.

As we scale, we are looking for a People Business Partner (PBP) to support leaders and teams in our Golden office. This role sits at the intersection of people, leadership, and business execution. You will work closely with engineering and operations leaders to build strong teams, develop managers, and ensure that Loft remains a place where talented people can do the best work of their careers.

This is a high-trust, highly embedded role. The right person will be present with the teams they support, working onsite 4–5 days per week to build strong relationships and help leaders solve real problems in real time.
