Team
The DMT team owns the Document Management domain, a critical area of our platform. The team is responsible for the entire document lifecycle, from document creation and ingestion to storage, validation, capture, and delivery to end users.
This includes building and maintaining services that ensure documents are securely handled, compliant with regulatory requirements, and reliably accessible across internal systems and customer-facing applications.
The team is currently composed of:
- 1 Engineering Lead
- 2 Backend Engineers
- 1 Full-Stack Engineer
- 1 Product Manager
Your Responsibilities
- As a senior Mobile and Web Frontend Engineer, you will be delighting the customers by working on our customer-facing (both web and mobile app) platform as well as building the internal tooling for Raisin’s operations teams
- Together with your team you will own the design, implementation, and deployment of our applications
- Part of your responsibilities will be guiding features from their implementation through to testing, refinement and finally launch
- Working closely with our product UX team to find practical and efficient solutions to complex problems is also part of your responsibilities
- You are actively participating in an agile and collaborative process in a cross-functional team with end-to-end ownership
- Finally, you are responsible for continuously improving your team as well as yourself
Your Profile
Experience: University degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience. At least 5 years as a React / React Native developer, with a strong record of delivering high-quality, performant mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in React, React Native, React Hooks, Redux, Nx (or similar tools)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- You have strong experience with React or similar Frameworks / Libraries
- Familiarity with CSS-in-JS like styled-components
- Experience with Next.js, Static Site Generators, the JAM-Stack, (headless-) Content Management Systems and material-ui is a plus
App lifecycle expertise: Hands-on experience with integration, testing, code signing, and deploying apps through app stores, along with familiarity with CI/CD pipelines like GitLab, Fastlane, and Expo EAS.
API knowledge: Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL, as well as integrating third-party SDKs and libraries into mobile applications.
Monitoring and debugging: Familiarity with tools like Datadog or Firebase Crashlytics to monitor performance and debug production issues.
Security practices: A strong understanding of mobile app security, including secure authentication (OAuth, JWT), encryption, and data privacy compliance.
Native module management: Knowledge of creating and managing native modules for iOS and Android to enable seamless interaction between Native and React Native components.
