  • This role is responsible to help achieve Agency Sales Target to support the Agency growth, namely the increase of AFYP, Active Agents and New Recruits in supervised areas.

  • Have good communication skills for Agency to have a positive impact to Agency growth
  • Have a good public speaking
  • Have aggressive sales drive as well as skills in basic compensation for Agents
  • Training and coaching skills for Agents

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • Min of a Bachelor degree, preferrable from Finance, Business and Sales background.
  • Preferrable a Certified Financial Planner, leadership and/or Agency Sales Management
  • A 4 years plus of experience in managing Agency business

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

  • Manage Agency Development with varied activities to support Agency business growth: Recruiting, Training & Sales activities.

  • Actively communicate with Agency Leaders to drive sales through several initiatives and programs

  • Actively coordinate with Agency Management support functions, such as budgeting, event, manpower, to ensure Agency activities are run smoothly

  • Monitor data of sales achievement as well as agency performance related to production and contest

  • Develop strategy and initiative for Agency growth
