Responsibilities:

• You have a key role in the design and development phase of NVH components according to customer requirements and internal specifications
• It's your primary goal to provide best robust design matching all customer specifications
• You perform activities related to design from RFQ to design freeze, steering the CAD and FEA
• You regularly execute design reviews to validate results and to ensure design quality complying with all standards
• You closely collaborate with Application Engineering, Suppliers, and Plants to ensure best-in-class solutions

Qualifications:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a comparable education
• You are experienced in developing NVH solutions including CAD (NX) and FEA software to build and validate your design
• Your analytical thinking and creativity enable you to transfer a mechanical problem into a corresponding design
• Strong communication skills enable you to communicate on eye level with different target groups from management to technical expert
• With your willingness to learn, you constantly develop your skills according to state-of-the art technology
• As a team player with high engagement, you know how to communicate with your colleagues and customers in English language
