工作经验：机械制造或加工行业设备维护相关工作5年及以上经验
专业技能要求：熟悉设备机电相关方面专业知识，了解本企业工艺流程等
能力要求：能够处理发生的设备机电故障，熟悉计算机操作，具备较好沟通与协调能力，较强的团队协作能力，较好的分析与解决问题能力。
其他特殊要求：无

四、主要岗位职责
．健全设备管理体系、EHS体系 参与编制各项设备管理制度，并监督执行 参与设备盘点，及时发现问题，并提出改进意见 负责班组各项管理及执行EHS管理制度. 负责班组培训计划的制定与落实 ．生产设备维修/维护 负责组织设备日常维修、维护计划的实施 负责组织设备日常巡查并制定整改措施 参与设备事故的调查并负责相关的整改措施 参与设备的各项数据分析并负责相关的整改 参与编制设备维护保养指导书
3．技改项目管理
参与设备技改 组织实施设备的技术改造 及技改进度的跟踪落实 参与设备的前期管理与验收
4．EHS管理
负责设备相关安全方面的CCAR整改 参与安全与环境管理制度的制定
5．技术标准的建立
编制设备操作指导书、检查标准、维护保养可视化文件、设备维修计划并指导执行； 收集设备数据，进行设备故障率、OEE、运行成本、FEMA 分析，EWO分析,负责设备CCAR更新； 收集设备维护保养数据，对数据分析，制定改进方案,持续改进降低生产风险，跟踪改进措施的实施情况。 支持WCM体系改善工作。
6．遵守与执行体系要求
遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 遵守公司工厂的各项管理制度 认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策。 严格执行安全环境管理制度，安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故。 主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改 积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议
