About the role

We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Night Manager to oversee our hotel operations during the night hours, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the night team, fostering a collaborative and motivational work environment.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and resolving any issues that arise during the night promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor the hotel’s security protocols and handle emergency situations as they arise, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.

  • Conduct regular walk-throughs and audits of the property to ensure everything is in order.

  • Manage and report on any incidents or accidents, and provide necessary follow-up.

  • Prepare and review reports on nightly activities and important occurrences for senior management.

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and that any guest requests are accommodated.

Salary: £36,153 + Service Charge
