Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Manager, Surgical Vision EMEA Portfolio & Life Cycle Management.

Purpose of the role:

As the Manager, Surgical Vision EMEA Portfolio & Life Cycle Management, you will be responsible for the evolution of our portfolio delivering Life Cycle Management (LCM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) commercial operation efforts across our full Surgical Vision Business. Responsibility includes LCM & NPI efforts in the IOL, OVD and Equipment portfolios.

Duties:

  • Own the execution of LCM strategies to phase out legacy products efficiently

  • Project management of cohesive regional launch plans and drive LEX process across key launch countries – aligning steps with, and in close collaboration with, SC NPI processes

  • Creation of customer communications related to LCM and alignment of markets

  • Deliver process excellence related to data management of market inclusion and exclusion of LCM and NPI products

  • NPI pricing set up of NPI products with Data Management in line with strategy

  • Ensure management of marketing materials (inc. digital) in line with product life cycle

  • Management and coordination of consignment reduction and rationalization of LCM products

  • Support the reduction of excess inventory (SLOB) by improving the transition process for products being replaced or discontinued

  • Regulatory approvals of NPI releases via Vision Tracker business application

  • Collaborate with markets and functional teams on aligning forecasts to reflect LCM plan

  • MDR data collection in collaboration with Global regulatory teams for product launches

  • Support the representation of EMEA LCM and NPI efforts on Global and EMEA Portfolio Management Review monthly meetings.

  • Represent Regional Marketing on NPI and LCM Deliver meetings

  • Collaborate and engage with colleagues across the organisation.

  • Align with Global and EMEA Equipment and IOL, OVD marketing teams to execute on their product cycle strategies.

  • JJSV EMEA Marketing team including Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing and Brand.

  • Cross-functional partners including; data management, customer service, regulatory, deliver, finance, quality, communications, legal, business compliance and supply chain.

  • Local country marketing; build relationship and understanding to shape and influence plans

  • See opportunities to revolutionize marketing processes, streamlining and optimizing them for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration, fostering agility and innovation

  • Facilitates effective stakeholder relationships and alignment to develop successful strategies and execution

Who are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant business experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years progressive marketing experience or commercial experience with a consistent track record of business results is required
