Your responsibilities:
Leads advanced FP&A activities for CE Commercial, translating sales and pricing strategies into robust financial outcomes.
Oversees scenario planing, complex business cases, and margin improvement initiatives.
Partners with senior stakeholders to guide pricing, tender decisions, and investment strategies.
Acts as a coach to junior colleagues, drives digitalization of commercial reporting, and ensures alignment with corporate FP&A standards.
Business cases and scenario models for pricing and investments.
Dashboard reporting with advanced KPIs for commercial decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to CE Commercial leadership, providing financial insights on pricing, rebates, and margin trends.
Deliver deep-dive profitability analyses by product, customer, and market, highlighting opportunities and risks.
Lead development of dashboards and KPIs for sales and margin performance monitoring.
Drive standardization of reporting templates across markets and business lines.
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for pricing, rebates, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with business units to assess ROI on promotional campaigns and investments.
Lead cross-functional CE Commercial projects (e.g., tender optimization, rebate strategy).
Enhance data quality and reliability by partnering with IT and Sales Ops teams on system improvements.
Support annual strategic planning process with financial modeling and scenario testing.
Mentor Specialists and contribute to capability building within the FP&A team.
Provide proactive recommendations to improve profitability and optimize rebate structures.
Contribute to market access discussions, quantifying financial implications of pricing decisions.
Our requirements:
6-8 years of finance experience (4+ years FP&A) with expertise in business cases, profitability reviews, deal modeling, and cross-functional/regional FP&A projects.
High fluency in English in the business environment
Proficient in SAP ERP (COPA, S4 Hana).
Hands-on Anaplan experience preferred.
Designs BI dashboards for senior stakeholders.
Comprehensive knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Skilled in preparing management reports for senior stakeholders.
Strong expertise in rebate tracking and customer profitability.
Develops business cases and evaluates commercial deals.
Provides insights into margin optimization opportunities.
Contributes to quarterly/annual planning cycles.
Works closely with Sales & Marketing on pricing strategies.
Evaluates tender bid financials and rebate structures.
Supports leadership in operational and financial reviews.
Coaches junior members on reporting and analysis.
Expert Excel (model building, macros desirable).
Strong PowerPoint for senior-level presentations.
