Planificateur de Production & Approvisionneur H/F

Dans un environnement industriel exigeant, vous assurez la planification, l’approvisionnement et la gestion des stocks pour une large gamme de produits UV-EB. Véritable interface entre les différents services (logistique, production, qualité, service client…), vous contribuez à garantir un haut niveau de service tout en optimisant les niveaux de stocks et les flux d’approvisionnement.

Vos principales responsabilités

• Piloter les stocks de produits finis et garantir le respect des niveaux de service
• Élaborer et ajuster les plans de production (court, moyen et long terme) en lien avec l’ordonnancement
• Analyser les besoins en matières premières et gérer les approvisionnements
• Passer, suivre et sécuriser les commandes fournisseurs (délais, quantités, relances)
• Assurer l’interface entre les services (production, logistique, qualité, service client)
• Communiquer les délais de production et garantir la fiabilité des informations
• Optimiser les niveaux de stocks et analyser les causes de rupture ou de surstock
• Gérer les non-conformités, litiges fournisseurs et actions correctives associées
• Suivre et analyser les KPI supply chain et produire les reportings réguliers
• Contribuer activement aux démarches d’amélioration continue et à la performance du service
• Gérer des projets d’amélioration de processus

Votre profil

• Formation supérieure en Supply Chain, Commerce, Ingénieur ou informatique
• Première expérience réussie indispensable sur un poste similaire
• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel avancé (Power Query, analyse de données, reporting)
• Anglais courant (écrit et oral obligatoire)
• Forte orientation amélioration continue (certification Green Belt appréciée)
• Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
• Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en organisation transverse

  • Salaire de base entre 33 000 € et 38 000 € bruts annuels (13 mois).
