For our Wealth management CEE Team in Austria we are looking for a Client Service Executive to support the Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) in the day to day servicing of clients through processing transactions, resolving problems and providing all round operational support.

Your key responsibilities

  • Be a trusted partner to Relationship Managers by supporting and nurturing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients throughout the client lifecycle
  • Own the client onboarding and account opening process, ensuring complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date documentation in line with regulatory standards
  • Act as a central point of coordination for client inquiries, working closely with RMs, Investment Managers, Booking Centers, and internal support teams
  • Deliver excellent client experience by handling account‑related requests (balances, transactions, statements, payments) with precision and discretion
  • Support Relationship Managers with meeting preparation, travel organization, and participation in client meetings when required
  • Ensure full KYC/AML compliance, proactively managing reviews, resolving documentation gaps, and escalating risks where appropriate

Your skills and experiences

  • Solid professional background with 4 - 5+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Account Management
  • Strong understanding of Private Banking products, operational processes, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, Compliance)
  • Highly client‑oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in an international environment
  • Structured, reliable, and solution‑driven, with the ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure
  • Confident user of standard office applications and quick to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Languages: English (must), Polish (preferred), additional CEE language (advantageous), German (a plus)

  • The annual gross salary for this position starts at € 60,000.- . However, your final compensation will depend on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
