Relay messages and instructions on behalf of the executive and follow up on pending items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Document and information management. Inspect documents, calculations, and materials flowing through the executive office for accuracy and consistency. Establish and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for quick retrieval.
  • Policy awareness and judgment. Stay current on Company policies and practices relevant to the executive office and make day-to-day administrative decisions within the limits of approved programs.
