QC Analyst

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

Support the Manager Chemical by conducting all tests for conventional groups, new products, in-process products, and finished products on stability, as well as projects related to manufacturing. To assist Manager Chemical to support EHS Activities.

Major Responsibilities:

• Support section in charge for product releases, review Analytical Data on software and manual data
• Assist Manager Chemical for all the activities taking place in FG, RM, TMV & stability section
• Provide timely assistance to Manager Chemical in testing of all routine, Hold Time Study samples, stability products and validation samples
• Support Manager Chemical to support EHS Activities
• Assist Manager Chemical for all the activities taking place in respective section including SOP writing / QRA / CCP and TMV Protocols of related tasks
• Responsible to review Daily Balance Standardizations / pH meter Standardization in QC Lab with documentation
• Perform testing of Test Method Validation / Process Validation samples, fall in Conventional section

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

• Science Graduate/Master; preferably Chemist/Pharm D
• 1-2 years’ experience in the same capacity 
• Knowledge of technical problem resolution
• Proficient in MS Office
• Analytical Skills
