You will play a key role in translating brand strategy into impactful customer activation plans that directly drive sell-out performance and market growth. Acting as the bridge between Sales and Marketing, you will ensure our brands are activated in the right channels, with the right tools, at the right time. Your insights and execution excellence will help strengthen customer relationships, improve portfolio performance, and support sustainable business results. What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the annual country trade marketing plan in alignment with brand and commercial strategy.
- Analyse brand and portfolio performance by channel and customer, transforming insights into clear, actionable plans.
- Develop and implement sell-out campaigns (e.g. promotions, loyalty initiatives, activation programs) to drive volume and product mix objectives.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their needs and market realities are reflected in activation strategies.
- Act as the voice of the brands at customer level, driving sell-through and sell-out using existing tools while developing new activation ideas.
- Serve as the key link between Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution.
- Contribute to the AOP and S&OP processes by defining, tracking, and reviewing customer objectives jointly with key accounts.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales within a B2B or FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical business recommendations.
- Experience executing customer activation campaigns and managing budgets.
- Solid understanding of channel dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across Sales and Marketing functions.
- Native or near-native Swedish and professional English skills (written and spoken).
- Proactive, agile mindset with the ability to work independently in a hybrid and international setup.
