Job Description

職務目的(Job Purpose)

  • 担当先企業が保有する個人顧客向けの自動車・個人火災・各種の人保険といった伝統的な保険商品の推進に加え、今後拡大が期待される延長保証保険・約定履行保険等を活用した創造的なソリューション提供を通じて、企業営業本部の成長基盤と収益を拡大していくことが部門の目的です。

  • 大手金融機関や製造・運輸・建設・住宅関連の事業会社等の大手企業顧客と、その傘下の保険代理店(企業代理店)が主な担当先です。

  • お客様に誠実に向き合いながら、企業代理店と信頼関係を築き、共に成長できる環境を作っていくことが、営業担当者に期待される重要な役割です。

職責(Job Responsibilities)

  • 企業代理店の皆様に、AIGの有する様々なパーソナル系損害保険商品のValueをご理解頂き、それを活かして、お客様に最適なソリューションを提案する。

  • 社内外の関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを通じて、チームとして収益を伴う成長に向けた新しい企画や施策を検討し、実行する。

  • 所属するチーム内での情報共有、各種施策の実行計画の立案、人材育成。

  • 学士号または同等の学位

  • PCスキル(Excel/Word/PPT中級以上尚可)

  • 保険知識(あれば尚可)

【性格/気質】

  • 保険知識(あれば尚可)

 業務経験

  • 法人営業経験があれば尚可

  • 生保で大企業・中堅企業へ団体保険の販売経験のある方や、企業代理店で業務災害保険・延長保証保険・約定履行保険等の販売経験や、職域営業の経験のある方も尚可

  • 子育て中の女性にとっても働きやすい職場です。(部内で時短勤務も含め複数名勤務中)
