Product Manager (Institutional Asset Management)

We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA (real-world asset) DeFi protocol focused on tokenized credit, real-yield products, and fully collateralized, composable primitives. Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on-chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions.

They are looking for a Product Manager (B2B Institutional Asset Management) to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of B2B products for institutional and asset-management clients. This role translates complex investor needs into scalable, compliant product solutions, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, continuous improvement, and long-term product value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of B2B products, with a focus on the asset management domain.
• Drive continuous product improvement through analysis of market demand and client feedback.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to help clients understand and realize product value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably in finance, asset management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, especially asset management–related investment instruments.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
