JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Database Administration:
- Manage daily operations of the constituent database (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce), including data entry, auditing, and maintaining record integrity for alumni and donors.
- Gift Processing & Receipting:
- Oversee the timely recording of all charitable gifts and pledges. Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, CASE standards, and institutional policies.
- Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Generate regular fundraising reports, campaign summaries, and mailing lists for development officers and leadership.
- Annual Fund Operations:
- Manage the technical execution of annual giving cycles, including direct mail segments, email appeals, and Giving Day logistics.
- Work with Development Specialist – Donor Data to pull complex mailing and solicitation lists, ensuring accurate suppression (e.g., excluding recent donors or "do not contact" records).
- Track and report on Annual Fund KPIs, such as retention rates, acquisition costs, and average gift size.
- Prospect Research & Management:
- Conduct deep-dive research on individuals, corporations, and foundations using tools such as WealthEngine, DonorSearch, etc.
- Support the maintenance of the prospect pipeline by working with Philanthropy Officers to ensure move management stages are updated by Philanthropy Officers
- Donor Stewardship Support:
- Coordinate the personalized acknowledgment process and track donor engagement trends to support stewardship strategies.
- Financial Reconciliation:
- Work with the Finance Office to reconcile monthly revenue, assist in preparing for annual audits, financial reports. Work and present budgets and projections.
- Team Supervision:
- Manage the Development Specialist- Donor Data to ensure alignment with fundraising goals.
